The investment seeks to provide its shareholders with long-term total return. Under normal circumstances, the fund primarily invests in mid- and large- capitalization companies located in Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, and throughout the rest of the world. Its investments will be tied economically to at least 10 different countries other than the U.S. and at least 40% of the fund's assets will be invested in companies tied economically to countries outside the U.S. While pursuing their financial objectives, impact investors seek to use their investments to create a more fair and sustainable world.
