Fund Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. To achieve its investment objective, the fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes, in publicly traded equity securities of various small capitalization issuers that the Advisor believes are undervalued. Publicly traded equity securities include common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible securities, real estate investment trusts and exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") that invest in small capitalization securities.
