Fund Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. To achieve its investment objective, the fund invests under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the value of its net assets, plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes, in publicly traded equity securities of micro-capitalization issuers that the Advisor believes are undervalued. Publicly traded equity securities include common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible securities, real estate investment trusts and exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") that invest in micro-cap securities.
