The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its assets in equity and equity related securities of U.S. and non-U.S. companies that are publicly traded on a U.S. securities market. There are no limits on the market capitalizations of the companies in which the fund may invest.
