Fund Summary

The investment seeks to provide (1) a high level of current income consistent with the preservation of capital and (2) investments that will be deemed to be qualified under the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977, as amended. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in debt securities and other debt instruments that the Advisor believes will be CRA-qualifying. Such securities would include single-family, multi-family and economic development loan-backed securities. It may also invest up to 25% of its net assets in investment grade securities that are rated in the second or third highest rating categories.
