Fund Summary

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by purchasing equity securities of U.S. companies that the Adviser believes are undervalued and likely to appreciate. It may invest across different industries and sectors. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of large capitalization companies as defined by the S&P 500 Index. The Adviser selects securities for purchase using its proprietary ROTA/ROME® investment selection and portfolio construction methodology. ROTA/ROME® focuses on a company's Return on Total Assets and Return on Market Value of Equity.
