The investment seeks to provide shareholders with a high level of current income; total return is the secondary objective. Under normal circumstances, the fund allocates its assets to multiple asset classes, such as equity, fixed income and cash/cash equivalents, as well as strategies designed to achieve desired investment exposures, including through the use of derivatives and other instruments and assets. It may invest in the securities, instruments and assets described herein directly, or indirectly through investments in other mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) managed by third parties or the investment manager or its affiliates.
