Fund Summary

The investment seeks to achieve a high total rate of return primarily from current income while minimizing fluctuations in capital values by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of short-term investment grade fixed income securities. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (including the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in investment grade fixed income securities (rated Baa3 or higher by Moody's or BBB- or higher by S&P or Fitch or, if unrated, determined to be of comparable quality by the Manager).
