Fund Summary

The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in a diversified portfolio of common stocks of companies with small market capitalizations. Although it invests principally in U.S. companies, the fund may invest up to 15% of its total assets in equity securities (consisting of common stocks, ordinary shares and American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”)) of foreign companies that are traded on U.S. exchanges.
