Fund Summary

The investment seeks to provide capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in a broadly diversified portfolio of common stocks of small-cap U.S. companies similar in size to those within the Russell 2000® Index. These small-cap companies, at the time of purchase, generally have market capitalizations in the range of companies in the Russell 2000® Index. The Adviser selects stocks using a unique approach which combines the use of proprietary analytical tools and the qualitative judgments of the investment team.
