Fund Summary

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital with lower than market volatility. Under normal conditions the fund invests at least 80% of the fund's net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of large-capitalization and mid-capitalization companies. It may invest up to 20% of the fund's assets in securities of foreign companies, primarily indirectly through American Depositary Receipts (ADRs).
