The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in equity securities of both U.S. and foreign companies, including companies based in developed or emerging markets. It is permittted to invest in companies of any size, but typically will not invest in companies with market capitalizations below $1 billion. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 40% of its assets in countries other than the U.S.
