Fund Summary

The investment seeks to invest in geographically specific debt securities located in portions of the United States designated by fund shareholders. The fund invests primarily in high quality debt securities and other debt instruments supporting affordable housing and community development and servicing low- and moderate-income ("LMI") individuals and communities in areas of the United States designated by fund shareholders. It seeks a return consisting of current income and capital appreciation that is competitive relative to the fund's benchmark index. The fund is non-diversified.
