I was lucky to have some uncles who found FI in their early 40s. Knowing it was possible, I took it upon myself to learn more and take action through saving/investing, entrepreneurship, and real estate investing.

I was just out of college when I set my sites on reaching FI. I didn't know much about anything, so I studied the mindset of successful people and learned the fundamentals of cash flow.

I think starting a business was probably the most impactful because it forced me to grow the quickest. I had to wear many different hats and so talent stacking becomes an integral part of life as an entrepreneur.

I don't have any regrets, but if I could it all over, I would have started even earlier! I also would have house hacked instead of buying too much house early on.

Reaching FI doesn't take that long with enough focus and action. Don't get discouraged when results don't materialize... even for years. Stay diligent and compounding interest will be your best friend.
